As it still retains the small contents label on the back. Also indicates on the back that it was made in India, and obviously of the high quality. Materials are wool, wire , and cotton. This is like puffy and important looking… It is dark navy blue velvet/velveteen, golden mustard velvet/velveteen, creme silk, and then beautifully/heavily bullion embroidered with a gold color wire… 3 brass fasteners on the back. 3 3/4″ tall x 3 1/8″ wide.
